Hey 6-9ers and parents,
We are 2/3 rds of the way through our individualized fitness rotation. That means most of our 6-9ers already have individualized fitness plans.
Parents, please check with your child to see if he/she has met with me yet, and encourage your child to stay commited to the plan.
I meet with them individually only once a month, and I want to make sure we see progress each month.
The general week area for students has been cardivascular fitness and hamstring flexibility. So, look out for hamstring stretches and required mile walks or runs. Also look out for those 2-4 week meal plans.
6-9ers, keep up the great work!!!
